Original transparencies and digital images are submitted to clients on loan and the property or copyright in any picture, photograph, transparency or digital image always remains with S & O Mathews. Non-exclusive rights to reproduce pictures and the reproduction fees payable are agreed with the client before publication. A small service fee may be charged on the more time-consuming submissions, but this is usually refundable against the reproduction fees for any picture used.
